Order Processing Times

We pride ourselves in our speedy order procedures. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being confirmed during normal business hours (Pacific Time Zone). We use several shipping broker to calculate the best rates and delivery schedule.

Shipping Options

Crossing international borders may have special shipping fees, duties and brokage fees which may not be calculated during checkout. You will be notified of these extra fees during the order confirmation. You are responsible for any extra fees and they are typically billed to you by your customs broker or the shipping company. To avoid extra fees we primarily ship within the destination country and avoid crossing international boundries.

If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. You can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items are available for shipment.

Shipping Surcharges

Any additional fees applied by the carrier, such as residential/rural delivery, may be automatically charged to your payment method. To accurately calculate shipping changes, please be sure to indicate any special shipping requirements prior to order completion.

Shipping Notes

• The shipping estimator available when placing your order will give you a reasonable estimate for shipping costs. We work with several shipping brokers to find the best shipping options for you. You will know the shipping costs (and order total) before we process your payment.
• We can not ship orders outside of Canada or the USA due to marketing restrictions with our manufacturing partners.

Alternative Shipping Methods

If you prefer to make your own shipping arrangements, you will be given the warehouse address and an order number required for pickup. In addition, government issued ID may be required to clear security and allow your carrier to pickup your order.
