We are confident that you will be pleased with your product selection, however, if something doesn't suit you, please return it within 14 days for a replacement, substitute, credit, or refund by following the return policy outlined below.

In order to facilitate the return process, please contact us by e-mail at this link: sales@CascadiaTire.com?subject=Notify of Return Goods. Please make sure to include your name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Returns will be authorized in accordance with the following policy:

  • RMA Request

    If you need to return a product, please request an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) tracking number. Please reference this number on all packages and correspondence regarding your return. Credits will only be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. This RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from issue date —you have 14 days to have the product shipped to us for inspection.

    All returns require an RMA number. Please contact a Cascadia Industrial Tire Ltd. staff member prior to returning product.

  • Stock Returns

    Must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Authorization for returns is at the sole discretion of Cascadia Industrial Tire Ltd. and the manufacturer.

    • A return credit will only be issued after we receive and inspect the product.
    • Re-stock fees may be charged by the manufacturer which will be deducted from your credit.
    • Initial shipping fees are not refunded and will be deducted from your credit.
    • Product must be new, uninstalled and unused. Damage due to incorrect usage or installation are not considered a valid Stock or Non-Stock return.
  • Warranty Returns

    Most products offered have a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product, so please refer to the product information or feel free to call or e-mail us for clarification. Products must to be returned for inspection within the applicable warranty period.

    Damage due to incorrect product usage or installation are not a valid warranty claim. Items must be returned to designated warehouse for inspection to validate a warranty claim. The customer may request that a replacement be sent immediately. The replacement product will be billed to the customer's account in accordance with your current payment terms. Then, once a final decision on the warranty is made, a credit will be issued on warranty approval.

    Depending on the tire wear, a percentage of the remaining tire may be provided under the warranty. Tire wear is based on deviations from the original tire specification. If deemed allowable, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, at their option.

    Labour is not a warranty item and any labour provided by Cascadia Industrial Tire Ltd. is not included in any warranty returns.

  • Non-Warranty Returns

    If the customer wishes to return a product for repair that is no longer within the warranty period, or for damage not covered by the warranty, a Cascadia Industrial Tire Ltd. staff member will advise the customer of the estimated cost of the repair or replacement of the product.

  • Special Order and Non-Stock Returns

    Typically, special order products are not returneable. The return of all special order and non-stock items are subject to acceptance by the original manufacturer. Defective custom order returns will only be allowed based on the manufacturer's acceptance. However, under no circumstances will credit be given without manufacturer authorization.

  • Transportation Charges

    The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all returned product and must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged. Shipping damages, resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
